A Note from the Owners
“We designed this home for families and friends to come together. We've had three generations under one roof, grandparents on the dock, parents at the big table, and kids on the sand from sunrise to sunset. Lake Anna has always been a special place for our family to get away and reconnect, and we hope it becomes that for yours, too.”
— Mary and Dan, Lake Anna Beach House

Lake days on the warm side

Lake Anna Beach House sits on Lake Anna's Private Side, known for warmer water and a calmer feel. Swim, paddle, fish off the covered dock, or simply watch the sunset from your own beach.

Your own stretch of sand, without the crowds

No packed public beaches, no fighting for parking or hauling coolers across a lot. Just step out the door to your own private sand beach on Lake Anna.

The beach is the backyard.

At a public beach, you're hauling the food, umbrellas, chairs and everything else from the car. Here, it's already set up. The bathroom, kitchen, Blackstone griddle and patio tables are just steps from the sand, so you can simply walk out and enjoy the day.
